The fenix are-x1 is a single-bay, or 1-channel, charger that can charge two different size rechargeable lithium-ion (li-ion) batteries, the 18650 and 26650. This charger also takes tenergy batteries of the same sizes. The are-x1 has a charge indicator with a single led light that tells you if the battery has any power in it at all, or if the battery is fully charged, or if the battery has drained down to a critical level. The fenix are-x1 monitors its own charge rate digitally, which prolongs your battery's life. This charger has several features that block potential damage to your battery- overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection. The are-x1 is compatible with both micro-usb cables and regular usb cables, a regular usb cable is included. Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are not included.
