• Use only as directed. For internal use, mix one teaspoon in 2 oz of water once daily. Do not use if under the age of 18. Keep your licensed healthcare practitioner informed when using this product. For baths, mix one to two cups into bath water. For topical use, mix one part clay powder to three parts water. Let stand til smooth. Apply as needed & allow to dry & remain on skin for five minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
