Product Description
The Master Grade is a commercial knife sharpener with a more powerful motor that won t get hot after sharpening 6 or 7 knives. The abrasive wheel sets have foam backing that auto-adjusts to different degree edges. The wheels are good for over a thousand sharpening. The wheels are positioned at an angle allows you to sharpen a knife in three passes through the machine; medium pressure one each side then a light pressure and last pass very little pressure. The machine doesn t removing any more metal than is necessary enough for extended use.
