The double-walled Oldenhof au bain-mariepan has a diameter of 17 cm and a capacity of 1 liter. The pan is 10 cm high and s the bakelite handle 33 cm long. The pan is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction. Use the pan to melt chocolate and prepare delicate sauces.
