Parchment is the ancient writing material made from animal skins used to record the original biblical texts. The text and full color illustrations are pressed into parchment, and held in a leather-bound cover with a raised artistic emblem on the front cover. The text reads, "And Ruth said- 'Entreat me not to leave thee, and to return from following after thee; for wither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge; they people shall be my people, and they God my God.
