The non-slip handle helps you maintain control as you handle raw foods which are oily and wet, making the task easy & safer.
Our handle design makes this knife a comfortable extension of your hand for less fatigue and exceptional control allowing you to make more accurate precise cuts.
The one piece full tang stamped blade design provides for easy sharpening of whole blade. The tang runs inside the handle and follows the shape all the way back to the finger groove on bottom of handle for better balance, feel and durability.
